EXIMYug is an information, workflow, reconciliation and case-orchestration platform. Final decisions remain with relevant banks, regulators, insurers, authorities, counterparties and licensed professionals.
The platform should never imply authority it does not possess.
Enquiry details submitted through this site are delivered directly to the EXIMYug team by email. Uploaded documents are not transmitted; the team will request them over a secure backend and publish the final data-processing, retention and deletion policy.
Collect only information needed to diagnose, prevent or resolve the selected export workflow.
Production access should be role-based and limited to personnel or specialists assigned to the case.
Production document storage and transfer should use encryption in transit and at rest through the selected infrastructure.
Publish defined retention periods and a process for customers to request deletion where legally and operationally permitted.
Where a case must be routed to a bank, insurer, ECGC, authority or specialist, disclose what information will be shared and why.
Uploading a case does not make EXIMYug the decision-maker for a bank, Customs/DGFT, ECGC, insurer, buyer, carrier or legal forum.
EXIMYug can organize the evidence and workflow; final decisions may remain with external institutions.
Share only what is needed to assess the workflow.
